How quickly will I hear back?

We respond to all inquiries within one business day, and often sooner. If you reach out on a weekend or holiday, you'll hear from us by the next business day.

Is this form confidential?

Yes. All information you share is confidential and protected. We use secure systems to handle contact form submissions, and we never share your information with third parties. For privacy, we recommend avoiding sharing highly sensitive details in the initial message, you'll have the opportunity to discuss those in a more secure setting during your consultation.

What if I'm not ready to schedule a session yet?

That's perfectly fine. You can reach out with questions, request more information, or simply express interest in learning more about therapy. There's no obligation to schedule a session, and we're happy to provide information to help you make an informed decision.

Can I book online or in-person sessions?

Yes! SafeTherapy offers both online (via secure, HIPAA-compliant video) and in-person sessions. You can indicate your preference in the form, and we'll discuss the best option for you during your consultation.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. We have evening appointments Monday through Thursday until 7:00 PM, and Saturday appointments from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Let us know your preferred times in the form, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

What if this is an emergency?
